Fonds consists of material relating to George and Grace Swan of Blenkinsop Road and includes photographs; poems written by George Swan including a WWII poem; and a short biography written by Sherri Robinson in 1992.

Collection consists of photographs of various people and locations in Saanich and Central Saanich including: Jo-Anne Morrison and other Saanich staff; historic homes and buildings; the Municipal Hall at Royal Oak. Includes textual material on the Sluggett family of Brentwood Bay and other pioneers, early voters lists, notes on general history of Saanich, and historical information on various municipal departments.

Collection consists of photographs of the Filmer family, the Simmonds family, and the Blenkinsop Valley between 1902 and 1978. Includes copied material (photographs and related material) which document the "Lost Lake" property and the Simmonds family. The area is now called Blenkinsop Lake/Valley.

Collection consists of glass plate negatives showing an early dairy and beef farm north of Mount Douglas; textual records from the 1930s relating to water agreements between Saanich and Victoria; and a summary of Saanich Police Fund expenditures, 1938.
