Fonds includes published material including Union of BC Municipalities minutes and resolutions; Clovelly subdivision on Shoal Harbour real estate guide; reference material relating to municipal administration; provincial and federal board reports; and statistics. Fonds also includes R.R.F. Sewell's papers (1911-1941), with topics including Mattias Rowland property; administrative, financial and legislative documents; personnel lists; reference material; road paving records; correspondence with provincial and federal governments; and news clippings.
