Fonds consists of records relating to the Climatological Station at Victoria-Tillicum and weather observation in general, and includes climatological station registers and temperature graphs, memos and other textual records, ephemera, news clippings, research notes, sketches, reports, books, manuals, and reference material. Fonds is arranged into 8 series: Climatological Data, Correspondence, Ephemera, News Clippings, Research Notes, Reports, Published Material, and Artifacts.

Fonds consists of material accumulated by Audrey Johnson during her time on the Saanich Task Force on Recycling and includes minutes, correspondence, reports, publicity material, ephemera, news clippings, surveys, notes, research material and publications relating to recycling. The fonds is arranged into 7 series: Minutes and Administrative Records, Correspondence, Presentation to Council, Ephemera, Publicity Campaign – Disposable Diapers, Research Surveys and Notes, and Reference Reports and Publications.

Collection consists of photographs of exterior photographs of Fable Cottage and 2 versions of a souvenir album/booklet. The photographs were taken by John Jackson of the Saanich Police Department.
