Phillips owned the land from 1900 to 1941. Previous owners of the property include the Puget Sound Agricultural Company, Thomas Russell and Robert Ker.

Fonds includes a camera manual for the No. 3 Folding Pocket Kodak 1912 and a photographic print of Alice Mary Girling that was found in one of the books as a bookmark.
