Records are primarily from the administrations of Stanley Murphy (1962-1964), Hugh Austin Curtis (1965-1973), Edward Fook Lui Lum (1974-1977) and Municipal Administrator William Tremayne (1973-1985). Also included are various Police Commission records from 1915 to 1984.
