Accession consists of: a written genealogy of the Oldfield family; a plaque given in remembrance of Herbert Lionel Oldfield who died in WWI; a photograph portrait of Kathleen Oldfield; an album of photographs probably taken in Manitoba that includes unidentified Oldfield family members and First Nations families; a small snapshot album; two ledgers; a scrapbook; a collection of music; various ephemera.

Fonds consists of a photograph of the North Saanich Hotel and Post Office (previously Wright's Hotel) and the Bown family.

Fonds includes 2 quilt block books, 1960s, for the Victoria and Brentwood Bay Women's Institutes.

Fonds consists of an album and loose photographs of Reeves / Mayors and Council from the time of incorporation to 1987.

Accession consists of 4 photograph albums, some loose photographs, and a number of postcards collected by members of the Nicholson family. Some photographs and postcards relate to the family's life in England, Royal Oak (Saanich) and Sidney BC. Three of the albums belonged to their son Arthur Nevil Nicholson (d. 1917), and those photographs relate to his life as an NWMP officer in Saskatchewan and his visits with his family in BC. Many of the postcards relate to a family named Robinson whose connection to Muriel Nicholson is unkown.
