Fonds consists of personal items relating to Canadian WWI veteran Richard Grenville Rice and includes photographs, certificates, pay book, books, letter, service medals, cigarette case, and a complete Canadian WWI uniform.

The fonds consists of records primarily relating to Rick and Frances (nee Gibson) Blake's school years and Rick Blake's involvement in school sports teams. Schools include Mount View, Mount Newton, Colquitz, James Island, Mount Douglas, Doncaster, and Cedar Hill. The fonds includes records relating to James Island, where Frances Blake's father Frank worked for 25 years, and a 1937 Mount View High School graduation diploma for her mother, Minnie Youell.

Collection consists of a decal and full-sized mock up of the Memorial Avenue sign toppers installed along Shelbourne Street in 2018. Collection includes Mayor Atwell's speech and logistical documents from the September 29, 2018 Rededication Ceremony.
