Biographical history

George And Eliza Stewart immigrated from Scotland in 1892 and established Bonnie Brae Farm in Saanich. Henry Puckle owned nearby Braemar Farm. Both farms were located in South Saanich (now Central Saanich). In 1902, Henry Puckle married Isabella (Belle) Stewart, daughter of George and Eliza Stewart.
