Originally the Pim farmhouse, the building was used as the municipal hall from 1906 until the new purpose built Hall in Royal Oak opened in 1911. Now demolished, it stood where the postal sorting station stands in 2007. This replica of the building stands in front of the fire station on Vernon Avenue. It is also known as HUDAC house, as it was built by the Housing and Urban Development Association of Canada to commemorate the Municipality's 75th anniversary.
