Collection consists of photographs of various subjects including: municipal buildings, equipment and employees; views of various Saanich locations and structures; and early Saanich residents. Textual material includes photocopied documents relating to schools, ledgers, and certificates. Collection includes a commemorative plaque from the former Gyro Park pavilion. Collection includes a watercolor painting of the Gorge, 1880 and of the Colquitz General Store, ca. 1988. Collection includes a prayer book containing loose ephemera, photographs, and news clippings from the WWI years and relating to the Ireland and Riley families.
