Fonds consists of material accumulated by Audrey Johnson during her time on the Saanich Task Force on Recycling and includes minutes, correspondence, reports, publicity material, ephemera, news clippings, surveys, notes, research material and publications relating to recycling. The fonds is arranged into 7 series: Minutes and Administrative Records, Correspondence, Presentation to Council, Ephemera, Publicity Campaign – Disposable Diapers, Research Surveys and Notes, and Reference Reports and Publications.

Fonds consists of papers and reports relating to Dr. Lai's community work, especially his work relating to Chinese heritage and Chinatown. Fonds includes materials from his time as Chair and member of the Saanich Heritage Advisory and Archival Committee, and to the Saanich Heritage Awareness Program in particular. Topics include Chinese-Canadian history, Chinatown, and D'Arcy Island. Includes correspondence, news clippings, articles, photographs, film negatives, colour slides, and posters. Fonds includes material in Chinese and English.

Collection consists of 1393 photographs, negatives and slides of heritage structures in Saanich. Includes 3.5 m of textual material consisting of files of historical, biographical and architectural information collected on each property.
