Includes contracts for Shelbourne Street, Saanich Road, East Saanich Road, Burnside Road, Douglas Street, Carey Road, Gorge Road, North Quadra Street, and Lake Road and the purchase of land from James Pim in 1907, site of the first municipal hall.
