              Fonds consists of a scrapbook (1923-1947 predominant) compiled by R.R.F. Sewell. Scrapbook includes newspaper clippings, magazine pages, Saanich facts, notices, ephemera, plans and photographs. Topics include poetry, cartoons, and satire; WWII; Saanich Municipality; elections; Union of BC Municipalities; Saanich War Memorial Health Centre and public health nursing; septic tanks, water works and water supply; Cadboro Bay; Mount Douglas; Craigflower School, McKenzie School, and McKenzie family; and taxation. Fonds includes published material including Union of BC Municipalities minutes and resolutions; Clovelly subdivision on Shoal Harbour real estate guide; reference material relating to municipal administration; provincial and federal board reports; and statistics. Fonds also includes R.R.F.
