Stephen known as Bert ran this garage with his brother Arthur on Gorge Road West between 1926 and 1936. They lived in a house just up from the Gorge Road on Qu'Appelle Street. He was born in 1900 in Kent, England and immigrated with his family mother, father and brother in 1907. He was 24 at the time of this picture. Notation " Behind Arthur Levings is a Dodge touring car. On the extreme left is a 1918 Overland car."
