Built ca. 1911 for the Pease family's "Hamsterley Farm"; property later called "Drummadoon" by Alice Maud Robertson. Mr A.H.Pease designed both the water tower and house on the property. The water tower was erected to bring domestic water to the house. In 1976 it was used as Student Health Service Building, University of Victoria.
